Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — the processing is necessary for taking steps prior to entering into a contract at your request. If you do not submit an inquiry, no personal data is processed.
4. Third-party services
We use Resend (Resend Inc., 185 Alewife Brook Pkwy, Suite 210, Cambridge, MA 02138, USA) to deliver inquiry emails. When you submit a form, your name and email address are processed by Resend's infrastructure. Resend provides appropriate safeguards for transatlantic data transfers. Under the GDPR you have the right to request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data; to request restriction of processing; to data portability; and to object to processing. 6. Retention
Inquiry data is retained for a maximum of three years from receipt. Data is deleted sooner if no business relationship materialises, or upon a valid erasure request.

This website uses only technically necessary session cookies required for the site to function. We do not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies. No cookie consent banner is displayed because no consent-requiring cookies are set.
